How is each piece of Meam art unique?

Each piece of Meam art is crafted with individual attention to detail and design. Many of our pieces are limited editions or one-of-a-kind, ensuring that each artwork is not just a decoration, but a personal treasure that resonates with spiritual and aesthetic value.

How do I care for my Meam art piece?

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your Meam art, keep the artwork away from direct sunlight and avoid placing it in areas with high humidity. Gently dust it with a soft, dry cloth when needed, and do not use any chemical cleaners.

My order came damaged, what do I do?

In the unlikely event of damaged goods the Purchaser should contact MEAM within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. Customers are required to email meamuk@hotmail.com and provide a picture and details of what the damage is. we will investigate and replace or refund the items concerned if all is satisfactory.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email provided. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on our website or through the courier's tracking system.

Are the posters delivered with frames?

Currently all our posters do not come with frames, We will offer this option in the future.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping on all our products. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please check our shipping policy or contact customer service for specific details.

Can I request custom wall art unique to me?

Yes, we offer customization options for many of our artworks. You can request specific sizes, colour schemes, or even personal messages to be incorporated into the design. Please contact our customer service for more details on how to personalise your art piece.

What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at meamuk@hotmail.com Please note that returns are at your own expense.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
