FREE Standard Delivery:
- UK: 3-5 business days for all in-stock, non-personalised items.
- United States: 5-7 business days

£4.99 – delivery within 1–5 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note: Courier delays may occasionally occur. While MEAM is not liable for such delays, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International deliveries may be subject to customs charges.
Delivery charges cover packaging and postage only.

Deliveries to Non-Residential Addresses
For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, universities, or hotels, please check their delivery policy before placing your order.
Our couriers deliver only to a reception or goods-in area.
Once signed for, the receiving establishment is responsible for ensuring the parcel reaches the intended recipient.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
