Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds / Exchanges Only

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds for unwanted items; however, we are happy to facilitate exchanges to ensure you get exactly what you need.

How to Request an Exchange

If you wish to exchange your item, please note the following guidelines:

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees associated with the exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Personalised & Digital Products

Please note that personalised or digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless pyhsical products arrive damaged or digital products have missing files.

MEAM is not responsible for errors in:

  • Shipment details (e.g. incorrect address),
  • Size or colour selection
  • Personalisation details (e.g. names, dates, text).

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details entered during the order process — especially in the "Note" section — are complete and accurate.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. After this period, the order may already be in transit.

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at meamuk@hotmail.com
  • Include your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

If your order has already been dispatched, we will advise on the next steps.


Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report damaged goods:

  • Email meamuk@hotmail.com
  • Use the subject line: DAMAGED GOODS
  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or exchange to another item as appropriate.


Incorrect Items Received

If you've received an incorrect item, please note:

  • In some cases, a replacement item of equal or greater value may be sent if the original item was out of stock or discontinued.
  • If you believe an error has been made and no such substitution was expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provided the item is unused and in its original condition, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, and
  • Cover the return shipping fee.
